Summary of Responsibilities: Work with individual students to determine their specific educational needs and challenges Develop and revise individual educational programs to give students a clear path to academic success Foster personal growth in all students, empathizing with children who have unique and varied experiences and viewpoints Collecting data daily/weekly on all Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals and reporting out in accordance with the school's reporting schedule Developing, writing and implementing IEPs Utilizing evidence based instructional materials and assessment Follow school-wide positive behavior support plan and individualized behavior plans Maintain an environment conducive to student's social and emotional growth. Adapt curriculum and lesson plans to meet students' needs Progress monitoring Consultation and collaboration with team members
