Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to a caseload of under 20 students, utilizing teletherapy platforms. Assess, diagnose, and treat speech and language disorders in students from Kindergarten through 8th grade. Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the unique needs of each student. Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary. Provide training and resources to families and school staff to support communication goals outside of therapy sessions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes in compliance with educational standards. Qualifications: Valid SLP-CCC certification and state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology. Proven experience in a school setting, preferably with K-8 students. Familiarity with teletherapy techniques and tools. Strong understanding of the cultural and linguistic characteristics of Native populations.
