Job Description American Traveler is seeking a Special Education Teacher for a Mild/Moderate K-5 assignment requiring a current Colorado SPED license.

Responsibilities Work in a public elementary school setting serving grades K-5 Day shift schedule from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday Average caseload of 18 students Assignment for the 2025-2026 school year Position focuses on providing instruction and support to students with mild to moderate disabilities Work closely with classroom teachers and support staff as part of the education team Resume required for consideration

Requirements Active Colorado Special Education (SPED) teaching license required at the time of consideration Teaching credential must be issued prior to the start date Experience with mild/moderate special education student populations preferred License required if applicable
