Special Education Teacher – Middle School

Location: Epping, NH

Schedule: August 26, 2025 – June 16, 2026

Pay Rate: $55/hour

Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a supportive middle school team in Epping, NH for the 2025–2026 school year. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about individualized instruction and creating inclusive learning environments.

Position Highlights:

Serve middle school students in a resource room setting

Lead small group pullout instruction tailored to students' IEP goals

Manage a caseload of 10–12 students , including writing and implementing IEPs

Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff

Communicate regularly with families and service providers

Qualifications:

Valid NH certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain)

Experience with small group instruction and case management preferred

Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
