Special Education Teacher - Middle School Location: Epping, NH Schedule: August 26, 2025 - June 16, 2026 Pay Rate: $55/hour
Connected Health Care is seeking a dedicated Special Education Teacher to join a supportive middle school team in Epping, NH for the 2025-2026 school year. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about individualized instruction and creating inclusive learning environments.
Position Highlights: Serve middle school students in a resource room setting
Lead small group pullout instruction tailored to students' IEP goals
Manage a caseload of 10-12 students , including writing and implementing IEPs
Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff
Communicate regularly with families and service providers Qualifications: Valid NH certification in Special Education (or ability to obtain)
Experience with small group instruction and case management preferred
