Soliantis seeking dedicated and compassionate Special Education Teachers to join our Low Incidence Program , providing specialized support in an Autistic Support classroom setting. This is a full-time opportunity (35 hours/week) working with students who benefit from individualized, structured support in a highly supportive and collaborative environment. Key Details: Work in a low incidence classroom supporting students with autism and complex learning needs Many students are supported by dedicated 1:1 paraprofessionals Positions available across K12 we will match candidates based on their grade level preference Join a multidisciplinary team committed to student growth and inclusive practices Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Provide direct instruction using evidence-based practices and visual supports Collaborate with related service providers, paras, and families Supervise and support paraprofessionals in the classroom Monitor student progress and adjust instruction as needed Create a structured, positive learning environment that supports student success Qualifications: Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Certification required Experience with students on the autism spectrum and/or with low incidence disabilities strongly preferred Strong behavior management and communication skills Ability to collaborate effectively in a team-teaching and multidisciplinary environment Why Join Us?
