SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER: STEAM - FULL TIME - 2025-2026 School Year

Celebrate the Children School is pleased to announce that due to continued growth, we have openings for a full-time STEAM Special Education Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. The STEAM teacher is responsible for delivering engaging, hands-on instruction in Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics to students from Pre-K through the Young Adult Program (YAP). The role requires creativity, flexibility, and the ability to differentiate for a wide range of developmental and learning profiles.

Celebrate the Children is a well-respected, non-profit, state-approved private school for children with alternative learning styles that has been providing quality education services to the community for over twenty years. At Celebrate the Children our Special Education Teachers are surrounded by staff who are caring, compassionate and dedicated to our program philosophy. Though CTC is a state-approved private school, CTC still requires DOE Certifications.

Requirements for Special Education Teacher Include:

• CEAS or Standard Certification in General Education

• CEAS/Standard TOSD or TOH Standard Certification

• Minimum of two years of experience working with the special needs population preferred but not required

• DIR experience is preferred but not required

A salary range is provided in accordance with New Jersey pay transparency laws. Final salary is determined using a structured salary grid, taking into account years of relevant experience and educational qualifications, and is subject to the maximum limits established by the New Jersey Department of Education and the discretion of the Board of Directors. The salary provided is for a 10-month contracted position.
