Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for middle school students with special needs. Adapt general education curriculum to meet the unique learning requirements of each student. Collaborate with general education teachers, counselors, and families to ensure cohesive learning support. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods accordingly. Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on student performance.
