Special Education Teacher Lancaster, TX Area (Onsite) Contract Dates: 8/18/2025 5/20/2026 Hours: 40 per week Pay Rate: $38 - $48 per hour About the Position: Soliant Education is seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers for the Lancaster, TX area for the 2025-2026 school year. This is an onsite-only position with elementary school openings. Teachers will manage caseloads of approximately 10 students per classroom, supported by 2 aides. Responsibilities: Deliver specialized instruction to students with disabilities in an elementary school setting Manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), including writing and updating IEPs and progress reports Attend ARD meetings and collaborate with parents, aides, and school staff Provide case management for assigned students and maintain accurate documentation Support classroom aides and coordinate instructional strategies to meet student needs Requirements: Valid Special Education teaching certification Experience working with elementary-aged students with special needs Strong knowledge of IEP development and compliance Ability to manage a caseload and work collaboratively with school staff and families Commitment to onsite work for the duration of the contract Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan Weekly pay This is a full-time, 2025-2026 school year contract position through Soliant Education.
