Collaborate with parents, healthcare professionals, and school staff to support each student's educational journey. Maintain accurate records of student assessments and progress in a timely manner. Provide guidance and support to students in developing healthy habits and understanding health concepts. Qualifications: Dual certification in Health Education and Special Education for high school grades. Proven experience working with students with diverse learning needs, particularly in a health education context. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and families. Ability to create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation.
