Resource Room setting *Key Responsibilities* Deliver individualized instruction to students with moderate disabilities Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) Utilize diverse instructional strategies to meet the unique needs of each student Collaborate effectively with general education teachers and support staff Assess and document student progress regularly Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student growth Requirements *Qualifications* Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related field; Master's degree preferred State certification in Special Education (K-8) Proven experience working with students with moderate disabilities Strong knowledge of effective teaching strategies and behavioral interventions Ability to develop engaging curriculum adapted to various learning styles Experience in administering standardized assessments Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering a positive learning environment MA Special education licence Must be a US resident Benefits Day shift Monday to Friday In person contract 1099 Competitive hourly role- Contract
