Location: Fridley, MN Area Company: Soliant Education Position Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) Contract: 20252026 School Year Pay Rate: $35$45 per hour Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated and qualified Special Education Teacher to join a supportive school team in the Fridley, MN area. This is a full-time onsite position serving K12 students during the 20252026 academic year. Responsibilities: Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities
Deliver direct instruction and support to students in both inclusive and self-contained classroom settings
Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student success
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional development as required
Adapt curriculum and teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students
Requirements: Must hold a valid Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota Educator License in Special Education
Experience with K12 student populations preferred, (openings across elementary/middle/high, will get matched where experience best fits)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
Must pass background checks and complete onboarding requirements
