Job Description

Job Description

We’re hiring an Insurance Program Administrator with strong, hands-on experience in commercial transportation workers’ compensation. This role is built for someone who can hit the ground running in managing claims, collaborating with TPAs, and supporting our injured employees through the full process.

While the focus today is workers’ comp, this position is structured to grow into a broader insurance program role over time. We don’t expect you to come in with a background in policy structure or coverage administration. We’ll build that together.

If you’re looking to deepen your career, own a key business function, and become a trusted advisor across multiple departments, we want to talk to you!

  • Collaborate with brokers and carriers on renewals and audits

  • Begin supporting the administration of other insurance programs including occupational accident, auto liability, and general liability

  • Participate in gathering data for underwriting and supporting policy strategy over time

  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through

Preferred:

  • Experience coordinating with brokers, carriers, and third-party administrators
