What You Need:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) Valid MN state teaching certificate (Special Ed preferred) 1+ year teaching experience

Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet each student’s needs Collaborate with general education teachers to support inclusive learning Monitor student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly Communicate regularly with parents, staff, and administration to promote student success Maintain accurate records in line with educational standards
