A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available at an elementary school located in Essex Junction, VT. This role is contracted for the full school year and focuses on delivering specialized instruction to support and enhance the learning experience of students with diverse educational needs. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs. Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure appropriate accommodations and modifications. Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
