Responsibilities: Develop and deliver instruction based on IEP goals and student skill levels Create lesson plans, curriculum materials, and track academic performance Assess student needs using standardized tools, CBAs, and ongoing observation Complete all IEP paperwork, reporting, and data tracking requirements Collaborate with support staff, administrators, and families to monitor progress Supervise classroom aides and contribute to positive classroom management Qualifications: Valid Illinois PEL with LBS1 Certification Experience writing and implementing IEPs Proficiency in curriculum adaptation and behavioral intervention planning Skilled in data collection, academic assessments, and goal tracking Ability to lift and assist students as needed and maintain safety protocols Our client asked me to submit 3 great people within the next few days.
