Head Start is a federally funded preschool program serving low-income children and children with disabilities.

The Special Education Teacher Assistant will be responsible for the delivery of educational services to children in a classroom in a lead or assisting role. We provide small class sizes, ongoing supervision and a comprehensive holistic approach. Some of the other duties include making sure required reports on students are substantial and current, providing students with a clear understanding of classroom structure and schedule to utilize class time effectively, and inspiring and motivating students to develop according to their abilities, while providing for all health and safety considerations.
