We are currently seeking exceptional Special Education teacher candidates for the 2025-2026 school year at Cedar Ridge Elementary School.

Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in the educational field Applicants who will hold the following credentials by August 25, 2025 are welcome to apply. We will work with applicants whose license is in process. Minnesota Teacher License: Special Education (ABS preferred) We encourage all applicants to review the MN Tier License System as we will work with applicants in applying for various Tier licenses that they may qualify The district is willing to request an out of field permission license as needed

Benefit Package*: We offer a highly competitive rewards package that includes: Compensation & Paid Leave Starting salary for 1.0 FTE BA: $50,715 and MA: $62,085; licensed teaching experience considered for higher placement (prorated based on FTE) Performance Awards available Up to 12 sick days and up to 1.5 personal days of leave given yearly

Health Insurance Medical premiums are covered by the district up to 100% for individual plans and up to $1,115 per month toward family plans.
