Job Posting: Onsite Special Education Teachers Philadelphia, PA Soliant Education | 20252026 School Year | Contract Position Soliant Education is currently seeking two dedicated Special Education Teachers for full-time, onsite positions in Philadelphia, PA. These positions are for the upcoming 20252026 school year and are available at both the high school and elementary levels. We are looking for passionate educators who are committed to supporting students with special needs in a collaborative school environment. Positions include manageable caseloads and strong team support. Positions Available: 1 High School Special Education Teacher 1 Elementary Special Education Teacher Compensation: Certified Teachers with Instructional I or II Certification (PA): $40$52 per hour Emergency Certified Candidates: $35$43 per hour Responsibilities: Serve as both teacher and case manager for a group of students with IEPs Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans Collaborate with general education teachers, administrators, and support staff Maintain accurate student records and progress reports Communicate regularly with families and support staff Participate in IEP meetings and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment Requirements: Must hold a valid Pennsylvania Special Education teaching certification (Instructional I or II) Will consider highly qualified candidates with Emergency Certification Previous experience in a special education setting is preferred Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills Must be able to work onsite full-time for the duration of the school year Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) retirement plan Weekly pay Supportive school environment with reasonable caseloads How to Apply: Apply now to join a passionate team making a difference in the lives of students.
