Established oral surgery practice with 4 locations in Philadelphia and suburbs, seeking energetic, motivated BE/BC oral surgeon to help us with our growing practice. We currently have 2 full-time partners and 1 full-time associate (transitioning to partner). We are looking for an associate leading to eventual fast-track partnership. All financial terms of the partnership will be known in advance prior to starting with no cash needed at the time of partnership. The practice is mostly dentoalveolar, pathology, and implant-based with a large enough patient population to expand into other areas of oral surgery. We have privileges in local major teaching hospitals. Our new associate will have access to practice full scope oral & maxillofacial surgery if so desired. We have a well-established practice that was founded almost 50 years ago, with a referral base of more than 800 dentists. The offices are equipped with CBCT machine, EMR, etc.
