SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: Develop and implement IEPs focused on functional academics and independence. Teach life skills (e.g., cooking, hygiene, budgeting, vocational tasks). Support transition planning for post-secondary goals (work, living, community). Manage behavior plans using individualized supports and data tracking. Collaborate with families and agencies to promote student success beyond school.

QUALIFICATIONS: Valid PA Special Education Certification. Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field. Experience with IEPs, life skills instruction, and transition planning.
