Job Details:
Position:  Special Education Teacher/Case Manager (Full-Time)
Schedule:  40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, school hours)
Duration:  August 2025 – May 2026
Pay Rate:  Up to  $48/hr  (based on experience)
Location:  Colorado Springs, CO 80906 (on-site)
Job Description:
Serve as  primary case manager  for student IEPs (K-12, dependent on assignment)
Provide  direct instruction  to students with mild/moderate disabilities
Lead  IEP meetings  and ensure compliance with state/federal regulations
Collaborate with  general education teachers, related service providers, and families
Develop and monitor  individualized goals and accommodations
Implement  behavior intervention plans  (CPI training preferred)
Maintain  accurate documentation and progress reports
Advocate for  inclusive practices and student success
Education & Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree  in Special Education
Colorado Special Education License  (or ability to obtain)
Proven experience with IEP case management  (required)
CPI certification  (preferred or willingness to obtain)
Knowledge of  Colorado Academic Standards and IEP software
Strong  organization, communication, and leadership skills
