You will approach your work with joy and enthusiasm for the impact you will have on our community and students.WHAT YOU BRINGIn addition to the expectations listed above, you will bring the following to your school and students:Experience - At least 2 years of urban teaching experience with a record of student achievement. Experience with Tier 1 Curriculum preferred.Education - Bachelor's degree required.Strategic Thinking & Vision - Sees and communicates the big picture in an inspiring way to students and colleagues. Determines opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current student performance trends.Organization & Planning - Plans, organizes, and schedules, in an efficient, productive manner.
