The Pittsford Central School District is seeking Secondary Level Building Substitute Teachers for the 2025-2026 school year. As a substitute teacher, your job duties may include, but not be limited to; following the plans created by the classroom teacher, working collaboratively with other adults that may be present in the room, monitoring student behavior and fostering a safe, positive, affirming, and welcoming learning environment.
Location Grades School Day Mendon High School 9-12 7:40am - 2:21pm Sutherland High School 9-12 7:40am - 2:21pm Barker Road Middle School 6-8 7:35am - 2:24pm Calkins Road Middle School 6-8 7:35am - 2:24pm
Your work schedule may vary depending on the assignment, but the school day consists of the times outlined above. As a substitute, you will work in one of the above designated buildings based on your qualifications and potential preference. There is a regular, ongoing need for both half and full-day substitutes.
