Qualifications: Valid New Jersey Instructional Certificate and SubjectArea Endorsement or eligibility (Biology or Chemistry) Demonstrated knowledge of subject specialty and effective teaching methods Ability to maintain a positive learning environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident alien status Salary & Benefits: Per the established WEA Salary Guide ranging from $56,000 to $105,677 Full-time staff are eligible for Medical, Prescription, Dental and Vision benefits.
