The District consists of five buildings, all situated on a single, cohesive campus and serves approximately 2,800 students - Early Education Building, Primary School (K-2), Intermediate School (3-5), Middle School (6-8), and High School (9-12). Position Summary: Becker Public Schools is looking for a nurturing and compassionate School Readiness Teacher to join our team. Under the guidance of the Early Childhood Coordinator and direction of the Primary Principal, the School Readiness Teacher is responsible for planning, coordinating, and providing an educational and social preschool experience for children ages 3-5. The Teacher plans and provides age-appropriate lessons and activities to develop a child's motor, emotional, social and pre-kindergarten skills; and works with parents, assistants, support staff and ECFE staff to provide a fun, safe, and quality program for students of various needs.

Schedule: 1.0 FTE Salary & Benefits: $38,471 - $57,000 (depending on experience). For full salary and benefit information, please see the attached contract. Requirements/Licensure: Early Childhood Education License required, or the ability to obtain a Tier 1 or 2 license prior to the school year.
