Requirements

**Qualifications:** - 1 year Previous experience in childcare or daycare settings - Knowledge of early childhood education principles - Ability to manage classroom behavior effectively - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Certification in Early Childhood Education is a plus - Experience working with infants, toddlers, preschool and school age is preferred - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively CPR and First Aid Childcare training Virginia Health and safety for Childcare staff 10 hr training At least 1 year of lead teacher experience
