Primary Responsibilities
Private school teachers are responsible for a wide range of duties that extend beyond instruction. These responsibilities encompass instructional, student support, administrative, and extracurricular activities.
Instructional Duties
Deliver and/or oversee engaging lesson plans tailored to the needs of individual students.
Use creative and diverse teaching strategies to cater to various learning styles.
Integrate technology, multimedia tools, and contemporary resources into classroom activities.
Ensure alignment with the schools curriculum and academic standards.
Assign and grade homework, projects, and examinations to assess student progress.
Student Support and Development
Guide students to reach their academic and personal potential.
Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Foster a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
Administrative Tasks
Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and performance.

Adhere to the schools policies and regulations, including discipline procedures.
