Teachers: Infants-Toddlers

Hours Center is open: 7:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

Full time hours available

Hourly Rate: * Based on experience and education level, starting at $14.00 - $15.00 * Job offers paid time off with most federal holidays and personal time off * $600.00 sign-on bonus: Must have experience, paid in two installments, 1st payment after 90 days and 2nd payment after 6 months. * Part time employees will receive a $300 bonus, paid in two installments * Employee Discount: 50% off child care tuition cost

Minimum Job Requirement: * High school diploma, Minimum of 6 months experience in a DSS licensed center (will train if less than 6 months) * Degree in Education is a PLUS! * Start Date: ASAP (for fingerprints, central registry, and training)

Job Expectations: * Develop trusting relationships with children and families * Follow DSS regulations and procedures for health and safety of children * Develop and implement weekly lesson plans * Maintain a clean and orderly classroom environment * Participate in curriculum development meetings * Participate in monthly staff meetings * Study and implement Conscious Discipline curriculum * Work closely with co-teacher to implement lesson plans, routine schedule and maintain the safety and wellbeing of the children in your care.
