We are currently seeking passionate Preschool Teachers to join our substitute teaching team in Lee's Summit, MO. Whether you want to work full-time or part-time, we offer the flexibility to choose shifts that fit your schedule while making a difference in young childrens lives.

What Youll Do:
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children ages 05
- Implement daily lesson plans or follow the centers curriculum
- Supervise and interact with children during activities, meals, and rest time
- Maintain classroom order and follow center policies
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents
- Step in quickly when a center needs coverage, sometimes on short notice

Requirements:
- At least 12 months of experience working in a licensed childcare, preschool, or early learning setting
- High school diploma or equivalent (ECE coursework or degree preferred)
- Must meet state licensing requirements for background checks and health screenings
- Reliable transportation to and from assigned centers
- Flexibility to work in different classrooms and age groups
