As a Preschool Teacher, you'll play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and loving classroom where young children can grow socially, emotionally, cognitively, and physically. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a team-oriented setting and is passionate about play-based learning.

What You'll Do

Create and implement hands-on, play-based lesson plans that support kindergarten readiness
Guide children in developing social-emotional skills, confidence, and friendships
Observe and document learning using photos, portfolios, and classroom displays
Communicate with families through both informal and formal daily interactions
Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming classroom environment
Ensure compliance with childcare licensing standards and school policies
Collaborate with fellow educators and attend team meetings and ongoing training

What We're Looking For

Completion of Florida DCF 40-hour mandated training
3-5 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood education setting
Strong understanding of child development and play-based practices
Friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable personality
Excellent communication skills and a love for working with families
Familiarity with Creative Curriculum and/or Teaching Strategies GOLD (preferred)
CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
