About the Role

As a Preschool Teacher at Stratford School, you'll help build the foundation for lifelong learning in children aged 3 to 5. You'll lead a warm, engaging classroom where students feel safe, supported, and excited to grow. Stratford's balanced curriculum blends academic readiness in literacy, math, and science with creative exploration through art, music, and specialty language instruction. What You Bring

12 semester or 18 quarter units in Early Childhood Education (including courses in child development, child/family/community, and curriculum), or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Development
A passion for early education, patience, and a joyful, compassionate teaching approach
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Preferred: Previous teaching experience in preschool or early childhood settings
