* Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning in literacy, math, and other key areas of childhood development. * Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages communication, exploration, and creativity among students. * Utilize effective behavior management techniques to maintain a conducive learning environment. * Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians regarding their child's development. * Collaborate with other staff members to create an integrated approach to education that supports the needs of all children. * Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and any concerns that may arise. * Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care by adhering to daycare regulations and best practices. * Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on early childhood education trends.
