As a Preschool Teacher, you will:

Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children ages 4-5 years. Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun! Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly. Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

Do You:

Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children? Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)? Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?

There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Qualifications: 3-5 years of professional teaching experience preferred. At least 24 months of professional teaching experience preferred. Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree preferred. High school diploma required. Demonstrated knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). CPR and First Aid certification required. Must meet state specific guidelines for the role. Must have an active Colorado Shines account with preservice courses completed and up-to-date. Colorado Shines (PDIS) Credential 3.0 Level 3 (three) higher required. Federal, State, and local background checks are required. Must be able to work a Full-Time Schedule (5) days per week.
