As a Teacher at Kiddie Academy, You Will: Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment where every child feels loved and valued. With three locations in Chesterfield, Des Peres, and O’Fallon, Missouri, and the support of our corporate team in Baltimore, we provide an exceptional learn-through-play curriculum for children ages 6 weeks to 5 years old .
Schedule: Monday – Friday, Average 8 hours/day between 7 am - 5:30 pm Requirements: 1-year or more of experience in early childcare education is required. A high school diploma is required. CDA certificate, Associate's Degree, or equivalent experience preferred . Must be able to lift and carry at least 40-pound on a consistent basis Strong communication skills : The ability to effectively communicate with young children, parents, and colleagues is essential. Patience and empathy : Working with young children can be challenging, so patience and empathy are important qualities to have. Creativity : Developing engaging and stimulating activities for young children requires creativity and imagination. Organizational skills : Being organized helps in planning lessons, managing materials, and maintaining a structured learning environment. Adaptability : Young children can be unpredictable, so being able to adapt to different situations and changing needs is crucial.
