First Baptist Preschool (home of the Hummingbirds) is looking for dependable, caring, team oriented individuals, who have a passion for investing in the lives of little ones. Ideal candidates must be able to communicate effectively, follow state and school guidelines, be able to follow set curriculum, operate with minimal supervision, be a flexible team player, support the mission of First Baptist Church, and most importantly, like working with preschool aged children. Candidates MUST possess a minimum of 12 Early Child Education college units. No/Low-experienced applicants are encouraged to apply. Training is provided.

*Summary*
As a Preschool Teacher, you will be instrumental in fostering a nurturing and educational environment for young children. Reporting to the Preschool Director, your core responsibilities will include implementing early childhood education practices, managing classroom dynamics, and providing exceptional care for children ages 2-5. Your premium skills in childhood development and classroom instruction will enhance the learning experience for all students, while relevant skills in behavior management and caregiving will ensure a supportive atmosphere.
