Preschool Teacher

We are seeking a part time or full time Toddler Or Preschool Teacher to join our child care family!
Some Responsibilities Include:
Assist with child activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
Create a fun and safe learning environment
Establish and maintain positive relationships with students, parents, and peers
Maintain the health and safety of all students
Qualifications:
Previous experience in childcare is a plus, but not necessary
Passionate about working with children
Ability to build rapport with children
Positive and patient demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Kids Academy is a STARS 4 childcare center soon celebrating 25 years in Harrisburg, PA! We believe that each child is a precious gift and we treat them as our own. Our teachers use PA Early Learning Standards and Creative Curriculum to create daily lesson plans. The child assessments that we utilize are Pearson Ounce and Work Sampling.
