Job Title: Preschool Teacher
Location: Each One Teach One Learning Center Kansas City, Missouri
Hourly Rate: $15 - $17 per hour
Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our Early Childhood Program. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for young children. You will help foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through a variety of hands-on activities, games, and learning experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child’s progress
- Observe and assess children's development and make necessary adjustments to teaching methods
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming classroom environment
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred
- Experience working with young children (Preschool or daycare experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
