About the Job: River Road Early Learning Center is hiring reliable, passionate, caring, and motivated individual to be a teacher in a preschool classroom. RRELC is a wonderful community full of engaged families, teachers and administration. Full-Time Preschool Teacher. Responsibilities: Discuss assigned duties with classroom team in order to coordinate instructional efforts. Safeguard and promote the well-being of all children in the preschool. Help plan and execute lesson plans and other activities in the classroom. Able to adapt teaching methods, lessons and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of students. Provide guidance to each child to make good choices and to develop a sense of personal responsibility. Create and conduct daily classroom routines. Reliable. Flexible. Excellent organization and time management skills. Foster relationships with students and their families. Encourage students to explore learning opportunities. Treat each child with respect.
Preferred Qualifications: CDA or an Associate's degree or higher in education or a related field. Experience in an early childhood education setting.
