Your Role As an Early Childhood Educator, you will: Cultivate a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning space where children feel inspired to explore and grow. Advance intellectual and physical development through hands-on, play-based activities. Foster social-emotional growth and provide positive guidance with kindness and empathy. Build strong, trusting partnerships with families to support each child’s learning journey. Work in well-run, responsive classrooms that adapts to the unique needs of every learner. What We’re Looking For Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) in Colorado Experience teaching in a licensed early childhood center (preferred) Passion for early childhood education and a deep understanding of young children's social, emotional, and cognitive needs Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with young children What We Offer $21.00 – $25.00 per hour. $500 salary increase every year you're with us! Plus an annual cost-of-living increase!
