The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves educating toddlers and preschool-aged children, implementing engaging lesson plans, and promoting child welfare through effective behavior management strategies.
Duties
Provide high-quality childcare in a safe and supportive environment.
Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and any concerns that may arise.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Manage classroom behavior using effective strategies to create a positive learning atmosphere.
Collaborate with other educators to enhance the educational experience within the private school setting.
Skills
Strong knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support children's needs effectively.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and colleagues.
Experience in toddler care, ensuring the well-being of young children in your care.
Ability to educate young learners through engaging activities that promote literacy and overall development.
Understanding of child welfare practices to ensure a safe learning environment for all students.
