About the Position:
Were looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to lead a classroom of 35-year-olds in a play-based, engaging environment. Youll help children build the skills and confidence they need for kindergarten and beyondwhile nurturing creativity, independence, and curiosity every step of the way.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging, developmentally appropriate activities aligned with early learning standards
  
  
• Foster a positive, respectful classroom culture rooted in social-emotional learning
  
  
• Prepare and maintain lesson plans and assessments tailored to individual needs
  
  
• Support children through routines and transitions with consistency and care
  
  
• Build strong partnerships with families through daily communication and updates via our parent app
  
  
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment
  
  
• Collaborate with coworkers and leadership to meet classroom goals
  
  
• Participate in team meetings and required trainings
  
  

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or GED required (CDA, Associates, or higher in ECE strongly preferred)
  
  
• Experience in a licensed preschool classroom is required
  
  
• Ability to pass state and federal background checks
  
  
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
  
  
• Creativity, patience, and a passion for early learning
  
  
• A growth-oriented mindset and team-first attitude
