Who You Are You are an experienced early childhood educator who: Has hands-on experience working with children ages 3 to 5 in a preschool or early learning setting (minimum 2 years preferred) Preferred: Holds or is working toward a CDA, Associates, or Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field Loves creating a joyful, structured, and inclusive environment where children can learn through play Works well with others, communicates openly, and values strong relationships with families and colleagues What Youll Be Doing In this role, you will: Plan and lead engaging, age-appropriate lessons and activities that promote learning in all developmental areas Support each childs individual needs while encouraging group collaboration and independence Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming classroom environment Foster open communication with parents and caregivers about each childs development and classroom experience Why You'll Love Working With Us At The Goddard School , we offer: Paid Holidays Paid Time Off Winter Break!
