Future Stars Academy is an stablished preschool with multiple locations and 20 years in the industry. We're looking for a

Preschool Floaters: Candidate SHOULD HAVE 12 CD or ECE units (WILL CONSIDER MINIMUM OF 6 UNITS), in addition to center-based classroom teaching experience. We are willing to assist motivated candidates who wish to complete their ECE units during employment.

The Preschool Floater will be responsible for monitoring and teaching children ages 1-5 years old, and supporting teachers in implementing a curriculum that the children will respond to positively, and partnering with our team to enhance the learning environment at our school. Job duties include:

• Develop and maintain a constructive and ongoing rapport with children and parents
• Facilitate 10-minute breaks for staff
• Collaborate with other teachers to ensure that the school fosters an environment that is inviting and nurturing for every child
• Deliver updates on potential concerns about students as to management as needed
• Assist teachers in managing day-to-day classroom activities, including structured lessons, free play, bathroom breaks, diapering, potty training, lunch time and rest time for students

Salary will be based upon ECE units & classroom experience.
