*Duties*
* With the Head Teacher help develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that meets the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. * Plan and conduct daily lessons that incorporate various subjects, including math, language arts, and creative arts. * Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment. * Foster strong relationships with children and their families through open communication and regular updates on progress. * Observe and assess children's development, providing feedback to parents and adjusting teaching strategies as needed. * Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes exploration and learning. * Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.
*Skills*
Strong classroom management skills to maintain an orderly environment conducive to learning.
* Experience in preschool is highly desirable. * Proficient in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to preschool education standards. * Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. * A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their growth in a supportive atmosphere.
