• Conduct assessments to evaluate student performance and provide feedback to parents and guardians on their child's development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay current with best practices in education.

• Proven experience working with students, including those with developmental disabilities or special needs.
• Strong knowledge of early intervention techniques and strategies for educating diverse learners.
• Ability to create effective lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for teaching young children.
• Familiarity with school settings is a plus but not mandatory.
• 1-3 years experience in childcare
• Drivers License
• 18+ years old
