START DATE: September 8, 2025
COMPENSATION: $20/HOUR
FULL-TIME, 40 HOURS PER WEEK, W2
LOCATION: Placentia/Yorba Linda, CA
We are a Christian-based, early education program, looking for a qualified, passionate early education teacher who puts children's needs at the forefront. We provide a wide range of activities in a developmentally appropriate setting serving children from 6 weeks to 36 months.
Our preschool standard attracts the best families, teachers, and staff, which facilitates a center full of happy children, smiling staff, and teachers who feel supported. Every single applicant is carefully vetted to ensure only those who are aligned with our organization and goals join the team.
Our Director listens to ideas, elevates people to their full potential through support and love, and gives outside-the-classroom opportunities to teachers and staff. She is an amazing leader but don't be surprised to see her cuddling the little ones in the classroom or changing a dirty diaper.
Our teachers feel appreciated, enjoy their days, love their kiddos, and do not experience burnout. We elevate the expectation, and the best teachers want to work for us!
Spending time with the little ones in your classroom and supporting child growth and development is your number one responsibility, but the best candidate understands the importance family and faith play in a successful classroom.
We believe that early education is pivotal to the success of the children and the growth of the community. Our entire team shares the following Core Values:
Healthy We are Souled out to staying fit in our Faith, Family, Fitness, Finances, and Friendships because we recognize that our personal life comes to work with us.
Dear friend, I hope all is well with you and that you are as healthy in body as you are strong in spirit. 3 John 1:2
Humble We stay humble so we don't stumble. We lack excessive ego or concerns about status and self. Dress yourselves in humility as you relate to one another, for "God opposes the proud, but gives grace to the humble I Peter 5:5
Human Skills We practice people smarts. We are emotionally intelligent and have common sense about people. We practice good judgment and understand the impact of our words and actions.
Don't use foul or abusive language. Let everything you say be good and helpful, so that your words will be an encouragement to those who hear them. Ephesians 4:29
Hustle We are always looking for more-more things to do, more to learn, more responsibility. We rarely have to be pushed by our supervisor to work harder because we are self-motivated and diligent.
We are constantly anticipating and thinking about the next step and the next opportunity. Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord. Colossians 3:23
Our mission is for YOU to succeed.
