**PART TIME AND FULL TIME POSITIONS

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Infant and Toddler Teacher assists in implementing the curriculum , working with parents, and assessing the needs of individual children. Assist in establishing and maintaining an environment for children which is clean, safe, and appropriate for each child's developmental level Help manage classroom through positive feedback, encouragement, and re-direction Plan and implement hands-on activities that develop self-esteem View parent - teacher relationship as a partnership, focusing on each child's individual strengths and abilities QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS High school diploma At least 18 years of age and be able to model the Lead Teacher Open to enrolling in course work in child development, child family, community, curriculum, and infant care if not already completed. A warm and friendly personality, be sensitive to the feelings and needs of others and must be able to relate well with children Willing to fulfill the responsibilities in accordance with the Church's educational philosophy Demonstrate the fruit of the Spirit as evidence of a growing Christ-centered life (Galatians 5:16-25, Ephesians 5:18-21) Be teachable and faithful in learning from and following those in authority over him/her and fully supporting the vision of Crossline Church. Fulfill the duties required of Crossline Church members as outlined in the membership covenant. Philosophical alignment with church leadership Committed to continued development Clear Live Scan and Criminal Background 24 units of Early Childhood Education/Child Development minimum, AA or BA preferred Current CPR/First Aid Certification Record of immunizations: current TB test clearance, MMR, DTaP, annual influenza Hours may vary as needed; center open from 7am-6pm Additionally, all Church Staff Members: Love Jesus and call themselves Christians. Embrace a high biblical standard of personal conduct and lifestyle. Agree to and adhere to the church's statement of faith and leadership commitment. Attend Crossline Community Church
