The 4K Lead Teacher is responsible for all aspects of planning, assessing and instructing based on the needs of each child, and the requirements of the program. We’re looking for *passionate educators* who are committed to lifelong learning and ready to bring energy, creativity, and professionalism to our *4K classroom.*

*As a Lead Teacher, You Will:*

* *Design and implement engaging, age-appropriate curriculum* aligned with school district guidelines and Wisconsin Model Early Learning Standards * *Create joyful and effective learning experiences* that prepare children socially, emotionally, and academically for kindergarten * *Provide a safe, welcoming, and organized classroom* where every child can thrive and feel a sense of belonging * *Build strong relationships with families,* communicating regularly to support each child’s development * *Ensure adherence to all licensing and program requirements*, including documentation, assessments, and ongoing quality improvement

*What You Bring:*

* Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education * *DPI certification* (ECE license or Elementary Ed license with pre-K or K endorsement) * Experience leading a classroom and creating lesson plans * Familiarity with WI licensing and classroom best practices
