Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Pre-K Teacher to join our daycare team! In this role, you will create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can explore, learn, and grow. The ideal candidate will have a passion for early childhood education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
Duties
Planning and Implementing Lesson plans Creating a Safe, Clean, Organized and Engaging Environment Teaching and Facilitating a Learning Environment Assessing and Monitoring Child Progress Communication with Parents and Guardians Collaborating with Colleagues and Support Staff Promoting Social and Emotional Development Providing Individualized Support Health and Safety Responsibilities: Professional Development
Requirements
Previous experience working in a childcare or educational setting. Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and team members. Able to work from 7am-1pm, Monday through Friday. Certification in early childhood education or willingness to pursue (preferred). CPR/First Aid certification (preferred).
